We are so pleased to announce that we are re-opening for URGENT face to face treatments from Monday 22nd June 2020.

Over the lock down period we have put extensive work into the clinic not only cosmetically but also establishing the most thorough and in depth safe guarding and hygiene policies and procedures to ensure both the safety of staff and patients.

In this page we wish to walk you through how to make an appointment with us and what to expect upon your arrival to the freshly decorated and deep cleaned clinic.

Making An Appointment

Unfortunately, Online Booking is currently disabled, this is because we are running a limited diary at present. Like with us all, this is a learning curve for us too, with time, as we become more familiar with the routines of cleaning and PPE this will be likely become available again. However, we are still able to arrange your appointment via Facebook and should you message us via email or any social media platform we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP. There is also the possibility of contacting the clinic via telephone. Unfortunately, we currently are without reception cover in the short term in order to minimise the number of people in the clinic at any one time. So, if you can leave your name and telephone number and someone will endeavour to be in touch ASAP.

What to Expect When You Arrive

When you arrive at the clinic, we are encouraging patients to be punctual, but do not arrive early for your appointment, this is purely to avoid possible crossing of paths with patients who have been seen in the appointment before you. When you do arrive for your appointment, where possible, please wait in your car or van outside until you are called into the practice. In the circumstances where you are unable to wait outride (i.e. you receive a lift via taxi, bus or otherwise) the reception will be open, but please be aware that social distancing is still in place.

Upon arrival, sanitiser will be provided at the porch for you to sanitise your hands prior to your treatment. We ask that you try your best not to leave any valuables (Wallet, Phone, Kets etc.) on any surfaces within the clinic. To minimise risk of contamination of the clinic, plastic trays will be provided under your chair in the treatment room for you to place your belongings.

There are also changes to our clothing policy, previously we have been able to provide patients with gowns, this unfortunately will no longer be the case, so please dress comfortably. While we're on the topic of clothing you will also realise we will be dressed differently also. We have made it our policy to ensure we are wearing items of clothing that can be boil washed and therefore we will be wearing scrub outfits and we will also be in FULL PPE (This includes face masks, apron, gloves and eye wear/visors). We understand that this may be scary for some of you, however, please take comfort in the fact that this level of PPE has been advised by our associations and that we have taken every measure to ensure yours and our safety while being able to provide you with top quality care.

Should I Wear A Mask?

For the time being we have made it an essential requirement for you to wear masks during your appointment. Please bring your own. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with one. Failure to wear a mask will result in no treatment being administered.

What About Payments?

We are currently only accepting card and contactless payments. This includes all forms of contactless payments including Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay etc. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, however this again is mainly to protect and limit potential exposure to COVID-19.

Check out our infogram below explaining the procedures in its simplest form.
