Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a laser or LED light therapy that improves tissue repair (skin wounds, muscle, tendon, bone, nerves), reduces inflammation and reduces pain wherever the beam is applied

Low Level Laser has been used extensively in recent years in dentistry as well as sports medicine. LLLT works on a cellular level, as when we get injured there is stress placed on cells.

 

This low level laser interferes with the stress placed on the cell and regulates its production of energy (ATP). This in turn reduces inflammation and increase tissue repair.
